Delivery Times & Prices

We offer a delivery service within a 10 mile radius of Thornbury. This delivery will be set at a £5 standing charge. Delivery will be Fridays only. Please call the office once you have placed your order to arrange a time for delivery. We only accept payment in Pounds Sterling.

Returns/Refunds

We offer a full refund on any unsatisfactory products. We are supplying consumers (i.e. individuals buying for themselves rather than for a business) the shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you, the shopper, does cancel their order, you will have your payment returned. Please contact the office if you wish to report and unsatisfactory item.
