Dayhouse Farm is a 300 acre farm set in the heart of the Berkeley Vale. The main enterprise is dairy with other enterprises including beef and pigs.

The dairy herd consists of Fresian cows calving all the year round. The cows are fed on grass during the summer months and grass or maize silage during the winter months when they are housed. They wear collars which access entry to computerised feeding of a programmed ration to include corn, protein and minerals. All calves are reared for dairy replacements and beef.

To enable a constant beef supply animals are sourced locally from Martin and Jenny Grey at Grove Farm, Thornbury. Lambs are sourced from Joan and Arthur Allen in Hill. Martin, Jenny and Granny Allen also help with the butchery.
