All our products are produced with fresh, natural ingredients. We use no artificial additives, flavours or colourings. Following hand-production the pasta is immediately pasteurised and packed within a modified atmosphere, ensuring a safe and fresh product. This also enables us to offer a shelf–life of 4 weeks for the unfilled pasta and 3 weeks for the ravioli.The unique factor within our pasta and fillings is that the products are made using ingredients local to the South West, whenever possible, and to this end we are very committed.
